Beachfront Bliss at The Summit in Panama City

Beachfront. No Age restrictions! Gulf-front balcony with amazing views. On the 5th floor - Very close to the central elevator. Close to the stairs as well if the elevator is busy. One-bedroom +bunk and 1.5 bath condo - sleeps a total of 6. Master bedroom - 1 king bed with full bath & powder room. Two bunk beds in the wall along the hall Living room - 1 queen sofabed. Full kitchen - equipped with: coffee maker, blender, toaster, crockpot, cookware, and dishes WiFi The Summit Two large swimming pools - one is heated all winter long!! ..not many resorts in PCB have this. Beachfront Condo at the Summit - Direct beach access from the property, no streets to cross. The Summit is loaded with amenities: * Indoor and outdoor hot tub and sauna * Two adult swimming pools * Two kids pools * A beach playground * Air conditioned game room * Gym on property * Tennis and basketball courts * “The Tiki Bar” by the pool * “Bikini Bob’s” Restaurant on the property * Charcoal barbecue with picnic area * “The Summit Market” sells snacks, beer, and beach & pool-related items. * a high-speed Internet café. Guests pay the $27 fee at the Resort Collection office upon check-in. This includes a 1-parking pass and 6-wrist bands; which allows guests to use all amenities. The Summit resort should be your next vacation! Guest access Your Electronic Door code will be emailed to you at 4PM on the day of your arrival. You may get your parking pass and bracelets earlier from the Front Desk office to get ahead start on the pools, private beach access, BBQ tables etc.

## Check-In & Check-Out * Check-in and check-out times are listed in your reservation details. * Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee, subject to availability. * Late checkout must be approved in advance and is subject to a $50 fee. * Unauthorized late checkouts may incur additional charges. ## Resort Fee & Amenities * A one-time resort fee of $27 per reservation is paid directly to the resort upon arrival. * This fee includes parking, amenity bracelets, pool access, hot tubs, fitness center, beach access, and other resort amenities. * Resort amenities are managed by the HOA/resort and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. ## Parking * Open, unassigned parking is available on-site. * Vehicle size restrictions do not typically apply. ## During Your Stay * Please notify us immediately if you experience any issues so we can assist and resolve them during your stay. * We are committed to providing a great guest experience and appreciate the opportunity to address concerns promptly. ## Air Conditioning * Please keep the balcony door closed while the air conditioning is running. * The HVAC system should remain on during your stay to prevent humidity-related issues and potential damage to the unit. ## Starter Supplies For your convenience, we provide: * Starter supply of toilet paper * Paper towels * Dishwasher detergent * Shampoo and soap * Limited coffee supplies when available Guests should plan to purchase any additional supplies needed during their stay. ## Beach & Pool Items * Bed linens and bath towels are provided for indoor use only. * Beach towels are provided but must be left in the unit at checkout * Beach service may be available through the resort for an additional fee. * Pool and beach access require resort bracelets. ## House Rules * No smoking inside the condo or on the premises. Violation may result in substantial fines and additional cleaning fees. * No pets allowed. * Minimum booking age: 21 years old. * Please treat our condo and fellow guests with respect. ## Before Departure We kindly ask that you: * Take out all trash. * Load and start the dishwasher. * Lock all doors and windows. ## Construction & Building Information As with many beachfront resorts, maintenance projects and improvements may occur throughout the year. While we do not control these projects, we will share any known information prior to your arrival whenever possible. ## Travel Insurance We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially for reservations subject to Airbnb's cancellation policies. ## Need Assistance? If maintenance, housekeeping, or emergency service is required during your stay, authorized personnel may enter the unit using secure access codes to address the issue.
